Zero-Speed Saliency Tracking

Our advanced FOC controller utilizes high-frequency signal injection to dynamically map the rotor's magnetic saliency, providing full sensorless torque control at absolute zero speed for demanding robotic motor control applications.

  • Signal Injection: We continuously inject high-frequency voltage into the motor phases (Vhf).
  • Ripple Analysis: As the rotor shifts, its inductance variation dynamically modulates the resulting high-frequency current ripple (Ihf).
  • Advanced Flux Observers: Real-time processing extracts these inductance variations to calculate the exact rotor position (θest) with zero hardware encoders.
  • Silent Operation: Advanced control frequencies and ultra-smooth phase currents guarantee completely silent running.
